Terms of Service
Last updated: June 28, 2026
Welcome to Mitzvi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mitzvi website and apps (the "Service"). By using Mitzvi, you agree to these Terms. Please read them with care.
1. Who can use Mitzvi
Mitzvi is designed for families preparing for a bar or bat mitzvah. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Mitzvi only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use.
2. The Service
Mitzvi provides a personalized, denomination-aware study experience that may include an AI tutor, Torah-portion learning, chant (trope) practice, a speech builder, and progress tracking. Features may change as we improve the Service.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. Please give us accurate information and let us know about any unauthorized use. A parent or guardian is responsible for any child profile they create and manage.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the Service, attempt to break its security, or disrupt it.
- Don't upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Don't use the Service to harass others or violate anyone's rights.
- Don't resell or commercially exploit the Service except as we expressly allow (e.g. synagogue/school programs).
5. Subscriptions, billing & refunds
Some features are free; others require a paid subscription (pricing is shown on our Pricing page). Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. If you believe you were billed in error, contact ike@infinitesoldiertech.com and we'll work with you in good faith.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create or upload (recordings, drafts, notes). You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service to you. You're responsible for the content you provide.
7. Our content
Mitzvi, its software, designs, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your family's study. Please don't copy or redistribute our content without permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any guidance will fit every custom or community.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mitzvi and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using Mitzvi at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will revise the "last updated" date. If changes are material, we'll provide notice where appropriate. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your local law requires otherwise.
